Description

GFPFF is a first person puzzle game in which the player must traverse through an ancient temple in order to find their phone. During this journey they are assisted by the temple guardian: George.

For this game we first defined the different mechanics that the player would have access to and started building levels based on them.

Hook Mechanic

Player can shoot a rope to a hook on the wall and climb this rope. They can only have 1 rope activate at any time meaning that if they shoot a rope to another hook the original one is removed.

These mechanic were split amongst the two of us in order to onboard them. I was given the task of onboarding the pressure pad and the AI companion.

Based on playtests feedback I shortened the hallway and removed the second door.

I added a small section at the beginning to onboard the horizontal movement of the blocks
